Books › Diary of a Confederate Soldier

Diary of a Confederate Soldier

$15.00

John S. Jackman of the Orphan Brigade. Jackman served in the 5th Kentucky Infantry which later merged with the 9th Kentucky Infantry, if I remember correctly, anyway this book provides a fascinating inside view of camp life. This book will be of great interest to the reenactor portraying a soldier in the western army. Jackman gives honest, frank opinions about life in the Army of Tennessee.
This book contains 172 pages and is in very good condition. The back corner of the dust jacket has a small tear and some worn places, the pages in the book are all in great shape and clean.
